This Tiny Cottage was originally built in the mid 1940's and was mysteriously cut in half to accommodate a lot line at some point. I find the wonky floors, creaky doors charming, I hope you do too. If you are over 6' tall I would recommend our 6 other listings.

Cypress Resort & Marine has a total of 6 cottages that can sleep 36 max, 6 guest boat slips, a rental pontoon, boat launch and the Boat House is available to rent for private parties.

The property has a 500ft stretch of sandy beach, picnic tables, umbrellas, floating docks, men's & women's bathrooms with showers. Kayaks, paddle boards, canoes, life jackets, floats and sand toys are provided at no extra cost.

About the Owner

My parents purchased this lake resort in 1984 but never ran it as the cottage resort it was intended to be. Instead it became a community of family and friends passing through. I had an amazing childhood of lake adventures with three older brothers building forts, exploring and being immersed in nature. I was lucky enough to be given the opportunity to make it into the cottage resort It was begging to be. Now that I have the pleasure of being this lands steward and caretaker, it brings so much meaning to my life to see families and friends make memories on our shores.
