This Hillside Cottage was originally built in the 1940's. With original Cypress wood walls and new loft this space is fresh! Charmingly nestled in a grassy hill, you will love the sunsets that peak through the grounds. For more cottages check under my profile and see the map in the gallery to view your cottage.

This little gem is located on Cypress Resort and Marine on Petite Lake in Antioch,Il. You have but a small walk across a parking lot and down the beach stairs to a big private sandy beach. Grills, charcoal, coffee, linens and a fully stocked kitchen provided. Firewood for sale on site.

The property has 480ft of sandy beach, picnic tables, floating piers, boat launch, men's & women's bathrooms with showers. Kayaks, paddle boards, canoes, life jackets, floaties and sand toys are provided at no extra cost. The Boat House is available to rent for private parties.

Cypress Resort is set on the west side of beautiful Petite Lake, apart of the Chain of Lakes. Our 20 acre resort is located on a dead end street and includes 5 acres of lakefront and 15 acres of natural marsh full of wildlife.

We are in nature. Expect spiders, webs, bees, ants and mosquitoes. Though we clean just hours before your stay spiders can and will spin a web with in that time.

Cancellation Policy: Ninety-five percent (95.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 14 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
